Ingredients

When the spices are well ground, I add the fish first. Because this is how I fry fish. For me, it is much more enjoyable to eat fish when I fry it this way.

I reduced the heat of the stove and fried the fish again in the spices for about five minutes. Then I put the eggplant on top of the fish. Now I reduced the heat of the stove even more. I put a lid on it.
