Glass fish stew
Ingredients
Small glass fish

Preparation method
The first thing I did was cut the fish nicely and washed and cleaned them thoroughly.

When the water had completely separated from the fish, I took the fish into a bowl and added green chilies, onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves on top.

Along with all these ingredients, I added 2 tablespoons of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chili powder, and I like it a little spicy, but you can reduce it a little if you want.

Then I kneaded the fish and all the ingredients well with my hands so that it would be very tasty to eat, because kneading it with my hands and leaving it for a while allows all the spices to penetrate the fish well.

Next, what I did was light a fire in the stove, pour a certain amount of oil into the oil pan, heat the oil, and then add all the kneaded ingredients to the oil, along with a small amount of water.

One thing to keep in mind is that when cooking small fish, use very little water, which will make the fish look very beautiful.
