One day, the morning seemed a little more beautiful in the soft light of the sun amidst the greenery
. Today, there was a different excitement in Shuvra's eyes. She would go with her grandfather to a large vegetable garden a little away from the village. She liked green much more, and perhaps this was a great joy for her to combine her moments with her relationships. Since childhood, she had a special attraction to nature and plants. Grandfather always said, "Trees are our friends, if we love them, they will love us too."
Nature, surrounded by greenery, loves us because they give us oxygen. If they didn't give us oxygen, we would never be able to survive on this earth. They take in our carbon dioxide, the air we breathe, and we take in their oxygen. When a person falls ill, you can see how much an oxygen bottle costs. We understand that we also need to take care of nature.
Shuvro and Grandpa started walking along the dirt road of the village. The beautiful scenery was just floating before their eyes. As they walked along the narrow path that ran through the rice fields around them, Shuvro saw cows grazing on one side of the field, and a group of goats looking for food in the rice fields on the other. Seeing the goat, he stared at it like crazy. His heart was filled with such a beautiful sight. It felt like he was drowning in a sea of greenery.
After walking for a while, they reached a huge vegetable garden surrounded by greenery. There were various types of vegetables, various types of trees, which, after coming into contact with them, made him feel like he was smelling the earth. As soon as he entered there, there was only a feast of greenery all around! Gourds, sweet pumpkins, tomatoes, bitter gourds, beans—standing in rows one after the other. The dewdrops on the leaves of the trees were still shining. Shuvro was surprised and asked his grandfather,
— "Grandpa, who made such a beautiful garden?"
Grandpa smiled and said,
"This is the garden of Rafiq Kaka from our village. His love for his garden is a little different. He cultivates these vegetables himself with great care. He takes care of the plants every morning and afternoon. So you see, what beautiful vegetables they have become!" It is very important to take care of the plants regularly. The more you take care of the plants, the more love the plants will give you.
Shuvro went further and saw gourds and pumpkins hanging from trees, rows of potatoes and sweet potatoes planted in the ground. Who wouldn't love to see such rows of sweet pumpkins and gourds in the village soil? A little further away, some farmers were picking brinjals and chillies. Shuvro ran up to them and asked,
"Uncle, how did you grow such beautiful brinjals?"
The farmer uncle said with a smile,
"If you take care of nature, nature will give you its fruits. We grew these with fertilizer, water, and love."
Shuvro was very happy. He touched the leaves of the tree with his own hands, picked up a small tomato and felt the touch of nature. He went to his grandfather and said,
— "Grandpa, I want to be a farmer when I grow up! I want to have a beautiful vegetable garden too!"
The smile on a farmer's face is very valuable because it is because he works in agriculture that the people of our country can live well and prosper. Therefore, I think every person should work in agriculture. The smile on a farmer's face is very valuable to us.
Grandfather patted his head proudly,
"If you really want to, you can definitely do it. If you love nature, nature will give you its blessings."
On the way back, Shuvra felt that today was one of the most beautiful days of her life. This garden surrounded by greenery took a special place in her heart. She decided that from now on, she would plant trees herself, take care of nature, and build her own small vegetable garden. Taking care of nature, expressing our love for nature, can only be obtained from the farmer. Perhaps many of us forget how hard farmers work to take care of nature.
The morning sunlight filtered through the window and entered the room. As soon as Suman opened his eyes, he remembered that today his long-standing dream was going to come true. He would go for a walk in the lush green forest near the village with his friends. He got up quickly and packed his bag—a camera, some dry food, and a bottle of water. They had brought with them everything they needed to walk in the greenery.
Suman and his four friends set off at eight in the morning. They rode their bicycles along the village road. On both sides of the road were rice fields, and occasionally ponds filled with lotuses. The chirping of birds and the light breeze filled their minds. The light breeze seemed to touch not their bodies but their minds because they had never seen such a scene before. Seeing this, their minds became light. The sound of the chirping of birds made them feel like they were in a fairy tale.
After a while, they rested under a huge banyan tree. Sitting there, they talked for a while and took pictures. Then they entered the deep forest. There were only trees and trees around, not even sunlight could reach anywhere. The chirping of birds, the rustling of leaves, and the occasional crackling of dry branches were thrilling them. These sounds may be heard very rarely in the village, but none of these things are seen in the houses of the city.
A little further on, they found a small spring. When they reached there, everyone took off their shoes and soaked their feet in the cold water. Some got wet in the splash of water, and everyone started laughing together. It feels much better to spend some time in this splash of water. We try to enjoy our time in a different way.
It was getting late in the afternoon, so they started to return. On the way back, they took a rest again at a small tea shop. While having rural red tea and muri, they talked about the whole day's experience. When there was a lot of greenery around and I was looking at the vegetable garden, I felt much better, I may never forget these moments.
Finally, they returned to the village before evening. Sumon felt that this day was one of the most beautiful days of his life. He would never forget these moments spent in nature. The beauty of the village is not seen in the city, but those who live in the city fall in love with the natural beauty of the village when they come to the village. I think our love for nature is a little different. May everyone be well.
