Life isn't that easy back then. Hardships is common especially when living in a rural area. I'm glad we had opportunities. Even living in a considered rural area, we aren't that far from the town proper and cities.
Still, it's still good to look back. The simple life we had. We lived close to the fish ponds. The fresh air is common. We don't need electric fans. The view is beautiful with the reflections on the water.
We can plant vegetables, and harvest from them. I actually wanted a larger lot where I can plant. That's what I am hoping someday.
