When we are finished pounding, we Put a pot of water on the fire and bring the water to a boil.We put the curry paste that we pounded just now into the pot. When it boils, we add the chicken meat and boil the chicken joints until tender. Once the chicken meat is cooked, you can season it as you like.When finished, we brought it to eat with Khanom Jeen. It was very delicious. Has anyone ever eaten it? Thai food is very delicious.
The next dish is fresh shrimp soup. Bring the shrimp. Wash the fresh shrimp thoroughly with soda water.The shrimp will be fresh and bouncy. Then we cut the peppers, cut the lemons, cut the tomatoes, cut the onions. Everything that has been said must be washed thoroughly first. When finished, put everything in seasoning, mix well, and then add the shrimp. Add fresh and season to your liking. Put it on a plate as shown in the picture. Is it delicious? The third dish will be stir-fried fresh shrimp with basil and boiled eggs. The first step is to boil the eggs. When boiling the eggs, we need to add a little salt so that they can peel easily.Next, rinse the shrimp in soda water and let the water drain. Then take the curry paste you bought and stir fry it in a pan until fragrant. Then add the fresh shrimp that have been cleaned and fried in water. Add the curry paste and season to your liking.
