Hello friends who are always loyal to this community. How are you guys? Hope all is well and running smoothly. On this occasion I would like to share a photo of a food called rujak which is made from fruits that are often found in my area. This food is usually to accompany when relaxing while talking and laughing with friends.
Indonesian rujak is usually made from fresh ingredients, especially fruits and vegetables. Rojak in Malaysia and Singapore has a strong Indian influence. It usually contains fried tofu, boiled eggs, grated jícama and cucur prawns (fried prawns). Rujak is usually a vegetarian dish that contains no animal products, except for a sweet and tangy dressing that may contain shrimp paste. However, some recipes may contain seafood or meat. Rujak in Malaysia and Singapore usually contains cuttlefish, while certain rujak recipes in Indonesia may contain seafood or meat.
I capture this food on my smartphone. Alright friends. Hope you like it. Thank you for everything. See you in the next post. Greetings from me.
