Un día de jornada de venta con mis compañeros

Hace días me tocó hacer jornada con mis compañeros de trabajo, lo que hace pasar un rato en calle ofreciendo el servicio que vendo.
A pesar de tener una gripe horrorosa, me dispuse a salir adelante y comprometida con mi trabajo, tengo a mi cargo varios vendedores a quienes hay que darle apoyo y orientaciones para que sepan cómo vender el producto que vendemos.
Para saber vender algo, debes conocer perfectamente el producto que vendes, es lo primordial, en mi caso vendemos conexiones a internet por fibra óptica, lo que hace que debas aprender con detalle cada cosa.
Para que los vendedores sientan esa confianza al momento de hablar, deben ver cómo nosotros los antiguos nos desenvolvemos al momento de vender el producto, aunque muchas veces el discurso es el mismo, hay veces que hay que usar la lógica y saber cómo poder resolver algún inconveniente.
Si viene un cliente ya de fibra con un problema, sepamos darle una respuesta más especifica y así se sienta atendido. Ha pasado muchas veces y no he dejado de ser esa que no sabe qué responder.

Nosotros, el personal de venta hemos estado desplegados en varias zonas de la ciudad de Cumaná para así ofrecer el internet con mejor calidad y estabilidad.
No estamos en todas las zonas de Cumaná pero vamos creciendo, poco a poco sin freno, a veces pausas, pero sin freno al fin.
Es muy importante para mí, dar una herramienta de valor para la comunidad cumanesa, ya que merecemos lo mejor y nuestra ciudad merece lo mejor, merece que trabajemos por ella.
Por eso, busqué personas comprometidas, con ganas de echarle pierna, de luchar por hacerlo posible, así que aquí estamos, en la calle.
Cuando me vean, me verán de morado siempre. Esperando poder estar en cada hogar de las personas que aquí me leer.

If a fiber customer comes in with a problem, let's know how to give them a more specific response so they feel cared for. It has happened many times and I have not stopped being the one who doesn't know what to respond.

We are not in all areas of Cumaná but we are growing, little by little without brakes, sometimes pauses, but without brakes in the end.
