Today is week 31 of my #saturdaysavers club savings. Sometimes understanding brings more to the table than anything else in our journey. Today, I want to run through some things that have become apparent to me after 31 weeks of my savings.
The first steps are always the most difficult. Including on Hive and accumulating one's first HP. It seems that you will never get your first 1,000 HP if you start from scratch. But as you know, time passes, learning continues, new acquaintances give new opportunities. And this snowball gathers momentum and mass.
It took me over a year to get to my first 1,000 HP. The second thousand just arrived today. And it only took five months. Dolphin status is not as far away as it seems. I'm not even halfway there yet, though.
Hive gives many opportunities to grow. And more importantly, doing it together.
That is, the faster I grow, the more value I give to everyone I interact with here. And they in turn give that value back to their circle and partly to me. This network really works if you understand the basic idea.
When you help another, you help yourself.
In the end, it all comes back here. All that's left to do is choose the long way or the short way.
And as much as it seems like delegating, all your HP or taking Hive out of the system irrevocably, that's a quick buck. It's the long way. Once you make a few hundred or thousands quickly, you can stay at that point for a long time. Get stuck forever by withdrawing that amount, or delegating everything to HP. Giving up your right to vote, you may not get it back, even once you get back to the starting point.
No one knows your intentions. But memory remembers past actions for a long time...
The shortest way is to keep growing and showing up here all the time. To be part of this community that has a voice. And not just in words or in the lines of one's post. Hive Power is not just words. And Power is not just power when you think about it.
When you give your voice or love elsewhere, you can't expect reciprocity or complain about fairness.
In the meantime, we have only 4,292 active Redfish in 3 years. And that's only 563 Hive per person. That seems very low for a blockchain that gives so much opportunity and value. Doesn't it?

Now to the numbers to date!
Primary Goal
My primary goal is 100,000 HP. But I decided to track it in 10,000 HP increments, so that's the number I want to see by the end of 2023.
This week, my HP went up 40 HP from 1961 to 2001. The long-awaited 2K HP in 5 months from 1K HP. Now I'm wondering how long it will take me to get the next 1K HP).
Secondary Goal
Secondary goal is 7,000 AP. For this week, my AP went up 134 ALIVE from 6418 to 6552 AP. The completion rate at this point is 93%. It's just ALIVE the best here!

The overall percentage on all my targets went up 1.66% from 37.85% to 39.51%.
Fantastic growth this week. Thanks to the future LPUD I'm getting ready for and @shanibeer who sent me 500 CTP. This will really help me reach my goals and move forward!
Starting to saving is easy, setting goals and following them is fun. At the end of the road, there is a prize waiting for us, which we will choose for ourselves. And it's not even about the money. It's about what you do next. Who you help and who you make happier.
