Just 1 more month to go & some of these totals have grown trmendously while others have done nothing at all. Some Tokens like miners have to be bought so they often get passed by. Also tokens like Raven & Chaos have their special attraction and also have to be bought. These tokens usually cost 4-6 hive & sometimes more which gets expensive when you only got barely enough to cover your weekly or daily task.
Overall, I feel I've had a very productive & successfull year. In addition my wakket has not only grown by the amount of tokens I hodl but also by the number of type of tokens. Just in the last few weeks there has been 2 more new tokens add to my portfolio which now holds 108 tokens compared to when I started this series back in July I only had 99 types of tokens. That's 11 new tokens at nearly 2 new token every month.
I even went back to earlier months and back in March, 2022 my wallet held 91 types of rokens & even in january I only had 87 types. From 87 in Janary to 99 in July, WOW! that's 12 new tokens in just 6 months.
Based on thses calculations that's 23 new tokens in one year & this just includes the tokens on hive engine. There are tokens such as Larynx, SPK & DLUX are not in your hive- engine wallet but ar very much a part of Hive, and this also does not include HSBI, HBD or HIVE.
On To The Charts
Income Tokens
These tokens I consider the most import tokens since they produce more of other tokens and sometimes Hive.
Miner Tokens
Miner Tokens are right up there with income tokens. They usually produce the standard token.
Tipping Tokens
Tipping tokens come in handy to help others build their tokens, they're given as a way to show appreciation for their post or comment. Tipping tokens also come in handy when your voting power is very low.
Rewards Tokens
Reward tokens are what you get for your efforts. When you post, use the tag, comment & curate you get rewarded. when commenting & curating you will get tokens that are used as tags in the post. The tags you use on your own posts determines the tokens you receive & those who comment & curate your post will receive those tokens too.
Gaming Tokens
Gaming tokens are rewards for your participation in games you play. You also get them when you make a post and use the tag, or when commenting & curationg post that use the tag. There are also lots of contest & give aways you can take part in.
Other Tokens
Tokens fall into this category for several reasons. Some I just haven't clarfied their purpose and others just don't fall into any of the previous charts.
Some of these tokens I get for commenting & curating but really have no interest in them so they'll be used just for income purposes when they're worth enough to get some hive to buy other tokens I do want.
Some of this info I relayed in an earlier post this year but I thought it be useful as an intro into the next year of buidling & hodling.
