Fall is great for mushrooms

I'll be starting up "foraging Friday" again next Friday. It will feature mushrooms. As of now I haven't identified all of them, although I have identified a few as I've been foraging for mushrooms on the property.

Fall mushroom soup

One of my favorite soups is called fall mushroom soup. It's basically cream, nutmeg and a few other spices combined with preferably at least 3 varieties of fresh local mushrooms. I've been craving it again as the colder weather always makes me want soup. I've been trying to identify all the quality mushrooms on my property so I know which ones I can add to my soup.
