Sunset At The Pamet Harbour!

This is where my Boat lives!

Any day on the water is a good day. I can safely say, it sure beats the office. This harbor, Pamet Harbor, in Truro MA, on Cape Cod, is where I keep my boat. Mind you, my boat is the smallest moored at the harbor, but still, as I said, any day on the water is a good day!

ABOVE, This Pano is a two shot, RAW images first processed in Lightroom, combined, and then further processed in Photoshop. I typically only do some cropping, maybe some light touch up with some Structure in NIK Filters, to enhance the clouds. I do no colour, and if I ever remove anything, I always mention it. For this shot? No editing out lines or color adjustments. BTW, the dock at left, is Named in Honour of my Dad. He was Commodore, and an officer, at this Club for well over a decade.

the images were shot on tripod, at 18mm, f16, exposure was 1/15sec. I shoot Nikon, since film format in college, and before that, I shot an old Brownie, as a kid. I'll probably always be a Nikon guy, unless and until someone sponsors a few Hasselblad Medium Format Camera Bodies and matching lenses.

At the end of the day, the boat is tied up at the mooring, along with it's fellow friendly boats... and time for a relaxing coktail. I hope you all had an AMAZING day, and an even BETTER night!
