Baileys Cottage on the right in Muizenberg.
I have never been one to spend hours in a theatre, gallery or museum type environment......my feet just get too "itchy" wanting to move out.
My hometown of Muizenberg in the southern peninsula of Cape Town.
However, I spend hours every week sitting and marvelling at the beautiful, constantly changing shows that nature puts on for us.....for free.
Muizenberg (My home village).
Today I am going to concentrate on the theatre of False Bay (where I live.) with the rainbow in the lead role and ocean, mountain & clouds as backup vocals.
Kalk Bay looking back to Muizenberg beach in the left hand corner at the foot of the mountain.
If one decides to take intermission during these shows then you often miss the best parts.
Birds getting in on the act to make it even more beautiful in Muizenberg.
The waves of the audience in Muizenberg.
In some instances humans help make the show look good - Kalk Bay.
Mackeral Beach looking towards Simonstown.
I hope you enjoyed the show.
When you leave please pick up all trash (even if it isn't yours.).....the Theatre needs it in order to survive.
This post also serves as my entry into the Sea Photography Contest - Week #201.
All photos used were taken by myself.
