Moringa is a source of plant based protein and it is popularly known as the miracle tree. This is because literally all it's parts are medicinal. Like the leaves, roots, sap, oil, fruit, seeds and even the flowers. I got yo know about this plant from my mum. Although I sprinkle it on my white parboiled rice, I have come to know that there are other ways to use it and also it wide range of uses.
