The teeth repair project: medical formula toothpaste & herbal calcium tea (plus the importance of labels)

in #hive-1200782 years ago

IMG_9025.jpeg

It has been two months since I announced my teeth project and one month since I started using a home made toothpaste (which has been created with the assistance of a few people here on hive) and what I can tell you after experiencing consistent pain in one of my teeth for the last year is that the pain is finally gone!

I had previously been chewing on cloves every time the pain returned and while this did work, sometimes it would take a few days to eliminate the pain completely and (due to the large hole in my wisdom tooth) eating food of any kind was always a challenge. One slip of concentration could easily lead to days of pain. But now I can eat like a normal person again! Really, I am so impressed by this toothpaste I had to share this with you immediately, despite having plenty of other pyramid shaped news to give you.

The best toothpaste you will ever use

While I do still believe the most effective way to clean your teeth is with natural soap, for those of us who desire a perfect set of pearly whites yet still falling short of our goal, there are other things which must be done, the first of which is to start brushing with a magic toothpaste.

IMG_8997.jpeg

Here are the ingredients in quantity order:

  • Coconut oil (with a spoon of pure water to aid consistency if you don't live in the tropics)
  • Bicarb
  • Borax
  • Neem leaf powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Crushed cloves powder

I suspect it is this final ingredient which has completely eliminated my pain (infections) but I cannot really say for sure.

For the exact quantities I would say it is personal preference, but mine is mostly coconut oil with the bicarb & borax getting a 50/50 mix. You don't need too much neem, turmeric or cloves.

IMG_8998.jpeg

It appears green in the bowl but when you spit it out into a white basin you will see how it is actually more orange in colour from the turmeric, with little flecks of green from the neem.

Here are the children helping me out by putting it all in a jar.

IMG_9001.jpeg

Looks super weird in there right! Not much like the brilliant white tooth pastes humanity has grown so accustomed to.

IMG_9013.jpeg

The coconut oil, borax & bicarb all work to clean & repair the teeth & gums while the turmeric is for whitening. The cloves heal infections and the neem is in there because @jin-out recommended it and I happen to have it growing near-by! The twigs of the neem plant are used in place of toothbrushes in India, with great effect. But for the purposes of this tea we want that higher concentration of nutrients which is found in the leaves.

The importance of labels

In case you are not aware, the labels we place on our jars are important and should be made with love. Particularly if you have a desire for the contents to be of benefit to your health.

IMG_9008.jpeg

It was Masaru Emoto who first suggested the idea that human consciousness (visually displayed with words on jars) can affect the molecular structure of water and we have come a long way in our understanding since then.

IMG_9009.jpeg

All you really need to know is to make your labels with a strong intention in your heart.

Esteban understood clearly why he was making this one.

IMG_9026.jpeg

And that's it! One jar of magic tooth paste good to go.

IMG_9011.jpeg

The taste was a bit weird at first but now that I am used to it I can't imagine cleaning my teeth with anything else. Sabrina has tried it a few times and commented that her teeth actually felt cleaner than normal. This is likely the borax. Despite loads of published literature on the health benefits of borax I was not able to find it online as a health product, so had to buy it in the end as a metal solder agent from Turkey!

No more fluoride

One other thing I wanted to mention is the bottle of water which now sits in the bathroom at all times. All my life I have rinsed toothpaste out of my mouth with tap water, but no longer do I want that kind of water in my mouth, even if it is just for one moment. The bottle of pure filtered water in the bathroom has been energised by a matrix of baby pyramids. I will tell you more about this in my next post.

Calcium formula tea

I learned about this herbal calcium formula for the first time in this video, presented by Mayim Vega whose website can be found here.

The ingredients (kindly provided by Mayim Vega) are as follows:

  • 6 parts horsetail grass
  • 4 parts comfrey root (not leaves)
  • 3 parts oat straw
  • 1 part lobelia

Please note that a “part” is a measurement of volume, not weight. So if you are using cups for measurement, use 6 cups of horsetail, 4 cups comfrey root, etc.

IMG_9596.jpeg

Mayim cites someone known as Dr. Christopher as her inspiration but notes how he could have improved his formula by replacing comfrey leaves with roots.

Dr. Christopher explains a great many things about his formula in this document, pointing out that calcium can't be used in the body without the presence of silica, which is why we use horsetail & oat straw, both of which are high in silica. The comfrey and lobelia also support the function of the body in assimilating the calcium.

He claims his formula to be useful for the following conditions:

If you are experiencing any of these conditions (is pregnancy a condition?) I strongly suggest hitting the relevant link to learn more while drinking his tea every day.

Re-grow teeth

At the bottom of Dr. Christopher's mentioned article there are a few testimonials, one of which I found particularly interesting:

Tooth Grows Back: My oldest daughter age 13 now, had a dental cavity at age 7 (the only dental cavity among our six children). We had the cavity drilled out and a filling put in by our local dentist. Two years later, the filling came out and a hole was left in her tooth. Nothing more was done about it except the herbal calcium formula that you recommend in your book, School of Natural Healing, made up of: comfrey, horsetail, oat straw, and lobelia. This combination of herbs has been used very consistently by the entire family over the last two years. We have recently discovered that the hole where the filling was is now completely grown over and is absolutely unnoticeable even under close inspection. [NL 1-9]

While I know that children are far more susceptible to such things this is not to say it isn't possible for adults. The simple reality is that we tend as adults to consume a greater variety of toxins and therefore have more work to do when it comes to various health pursuits which are more effective when one has a toxin free body.

What this means for me is that I can re-grow the hole in my tooth!

And so can you.

Even better that horsetail grows in the wild around here (harvested in the Spring) and comfrey I have growing in the garden. Understanding for the first time the true value of comfrey, I dug up some of their roots just the other day as it is now the correct time of year for this.

IMG_9418.jpeg

Comfrey root

Comfrey root is the most powerful ingredient in this tea, made illegal by the FDA some years ago and you will not find it as an ingredient in any sold product for this reason. You must therefore buy (or grow!) it separately and mix the tea yourself.

Like the horsetail, I will be needing a lot of comfrey root over the next few years so I made sure to split up and re-plant all these green bits which are sprouting into life from the root.

IMG_9419.jpeg

I harvested as much as I could from the earth always replanting the green bits and ended up with a decent quantity.

IMG_9465.jpeg

This one looks like a banana it is so big!

IMG_9469.jpeg

It is important to always make your root medicines as small as possible before they dry as after this point they will become very tough and difficult to cut.

IMG_9579.jpeg

There is so much I could tell you about this amazing plant, most of which is contained in this article but in brief it is an old medicinal plant with some incredible potential uses:

The common name “comfrey” is believed to be a corruption of the Latin word confervere meaning “to heal.” It is not known how long comfrey has been in use; however its recorded use dates as far back as the 1st century A.D. The Greek physician Dioscorides began prescribing comfrey tea internally for respiratory and gastrointestinal problems. The early Greeks used comfrey root externally to treat wounds believing that it helped torn flesh to grow together. The Roman naturalist Pliny verified this practice with his observation of boiling comfrey in water produces a sticky paste that is capable of binding chunks of meat together. The paste hardens like plaster. That may be why on ancient battlefields they would often soak a cloth in this tea and wrap it around broken bones. When the cloth dried it became an effective cast.

Did you catch that? Comfrey root is where the plaster cast came from! Only this cast would have been much more effective than our modern version as it naturally aids the reparation of bones & flesh.

IMG_9858.jpeg

And so, here now is my final collection of herbs, ready to mix into a tea.

IMG_9580.jpeg

I am using a french press coffee maker as you can see. This stage tends to be done at breakfast time as I don't eat in the mornings.

IMG_9584.jpeg

It is advisable to prepare a mix of herbs so you don't have to do this every time.

IMG_9590.jpeg

Then just throw a big spoon each morning into your french press.

IMG_9587.jpeg

Add hot water, stir and wait five mins.

IMG_9592.jpeg

And that's it!

IMG_9597.jpeg

Enjoy the mild flavour along with the intense benefits.

I will keep these updates coming as I progress with this project.

Love & Light everyone 🌱

Amazing information you presnt here. Thanks for sharing. I have used baking soda and charcoal to bursh teeth for years. Putting somethings that says 'if consumed call posion control' is not someting that should be put in ones mouth.
Thanks for sharing and keeping this information alive. I got this link from @samstonehill article the BIG post about BORAX
Lots of really goo information that is amazing thanks for this.

Greetings from An Man Bot! The Bot that loves An Man

Intrepid hearts that go on and on

DIY everything ! loving it. only way to know what´s in it, and learn if it works for one, as we are all different.
I have been brushing my teeth with Bicarbonate for many years now. just plain bicarbonate in water.
recently discovered oil pulling and doing this often too with top quality olive oil home grown.
Borax in itself is an amazing mineral few people are aware of that actually regulates sooooo many things in our organism. I have been drinking Borax for nearly 3 years now with amazing results.

Nice one Sam.

Is there anywhere we can buy this toothpaste?

Coconut oil (with a spoon of pure water to aid consistency if you don't live in the tropics)
Bicarb
Borax
Neem leaf powder
Turmeric powder
Crushed cloves powder

Much like the tea mentioned in this post it will be very difficult (if not impossible) to find the exact mix pre-prepared. Things like this must be mixed ourselves. Until enough people catch on and someone makes a business out of it!

A few people have recommended the Yummy Doctor as a decent vendor of mouth products. Her store can be found here: https://yumnaturals.store/

It appears that you have to sign up to see the ingredients however which I can't be bothered with! Though I am mildly interested to see the ingredients of this one.

This is something good but I don't know much about the other ingredients of your toothpaste.

Borax was the only ingredient which was hard to get hold of.

But you can find it if you are keen!

Wow! Making your own toothpaste! This is one of my dreams to be self-sufficient in the long run. I must try this when I am more settled in one place.

The filtered water looks awesome! You’re writing a whole new chapter on how to survive with nature.

It's easy! Am sure you will be brilliant at it. But like you say, we do need to feel settled while we are creating such things.

After two nights sleeping with the 25 pyramid matrix energiser under my bed I must say I can already detect a difference in the way I feel. Though perhaps it could also be the energised water I am drinking? Hard to say when we have so many pyramids around the place now! haha.

I believe you will find a place to settle soon enough.

All the best to you & thank you for sticking with me on this journey :)

Thank you very much for your kindness and generously sharing your knowledge. I learn new and interesting information from you all the time.

You have too many pyramids! You’ll be floating in the air soon! Is there an optimum number that you ought to have under your bed?

I have a small black stone pyramid for protection in my bedroom. I didn’t know that stone or crystal pyramid could be quite powerful. My friend, a crystal healer, place a small red jasper pyramid on the coffee table. I felt some strong swirling energy going up towards the ceiling. It filled the whole room and I almost threw up. So, she knew it was very powerful; she told what she did and put the pyramid back inside the box. That’s why I had to get a nice pyramid for myself later.

Couldn’t find pyramid frames sold online as I saw in the past. Ought to experiment sitting under a pyramid!🙀😂

Is there an optimum number that you ought to have under your bed?

Les Brown in his book 'The Pyramid' recommends a group of 20 pyramids to form a rectangular matrix.

Screenshot 2023-01-17 at 17.37.54.png

I don't understand why he would choose a rectangle when the original shape is a square? He doesn't explain his thinking behind this decision so my personal feeling is that 25 is a good number. This makes a square and is around the same size as the width of the human body, so ideal for placement under a bed.

IMG_0062.jpeg

Awesome that you were able to feel the energy swirling out of the top! Brown tells us that 80% of a pyramid shape's energy is released from the apex. The rest from the four base corners. It doesn't matter what the material is, the shape alone is very powerful.

People tend to feel sick (like they want to vomit) when the pyramid is over 5 feet and not correctly grounded (with metal rods going into the earth directly under the pyramid). You must be extra susceptible to the energy it gives off if you felt this when it was so small. Though I suspect the red jasper crystal amplified the energy in your room. For your info the energy is great for us, even when it makes us feel sick. It's just that the human body doesn't know how to react when it is first in contact with it. Over time we become accustomed. Or we figure out how to correctly ground our pyramids.

I created my first grounding base just today (in the entrance hole for the ex-greenhouse), ready to fill it with soil and put a wooden pyramid over the top. I will write a post about this at some point but it's basically just scrap metal in a hole.

IMG_0090.jpeg

This provides a good mechanism for moving the energy naturally into the earth from the pyramid, permitting plants & humans to thrive in there without feeling sick.

You could always try Yannick's website for pyramid frames? Don't know what his overseas delivery costs are but the frames themselves are decent enough, though perhaps a bit thin for my taste.

Hey cuddlekitten. How are your teeth looking?
