L. reuteri has very helpful effects on our gut, microbiome and so overall life.
Sadly most people do not have it anymore in them - has to do with how one is birthed, breast-feeded (and if the mom has it at all anymore?) and ofc our consuming of poison - like pesticides and many more.
Also it is very much about the exact strain and not just overall family:
Luckily we can cultivate it:
But while L. reuteri as family is also part of kefir, it appears to be not the exact sub group/ strain.
As already mentioned:
There are dozens, perhaps hundreds, of other strains of L. reuteri and we do not know which or how many other strains provoke oxytocin release like the ATCC PTA 6475 and DSM 17938 strains. It is likely that the majority do not.

so does anyone maybe know if one can add the right strain to the kefir cultivation?
can it be integrated into kefir cultivation ?
to spread kefir tubers with the right L. reuteri strain inside :> ?
