Staking and delegation has been added to the VOTE token. The VOTE token reward pool is now set up. Here are the post tags which qualify for VOTE token rewards:

Using any one or more of these tags allows posts to be curated for VOTE token upvote rewards.
Of course, with politics comes taxation. In about two weeks, politicalhive.org will launch as the Political Hive front end. You won't be required to post your political content on Hive through politicalhive.org in order to receive VOTE tokens. Using the Political Hive tribe tags and posting your content anywhere else in the Hive ecosystem will still qualify your content to get rewarded through VOTE upvotes. However, using our tribe's tags and not posting through politicalhive.org will result in a 5% deduction in creator VOTE rewards. This 5% deduction goes to @token.fee as a beneficiary. VOTE curation rewards are not subject to the 5% deduction.
