I was flabergasted.
During the Trump/Kamala debate, Trump admitted that he did not have a health care plan.
This amazed me because #HCR was central to his 2016 campaign.
I was distraught in 2016 because Trump's false campaign promise destroyed the ability to discuss #HCR during his administration.
Now that Trump has finally admitted that he does not have a plan, health care is back on the table.
Health Care Reform Starts With a Debate
I've been studying health care reform since the 1990s. The debate in the US is based on the false premise that group health insurance is the only way to fund health care.
Single payer and socialized medicine is state run insurance.
I worked for a state run insurance company writing programs to track claims and calculate premiums.
I realized that group insurance is a lousy way to fund health care.
After leaving the insurance industry, I decided to reverse engineer health care and realized that would be possible to create a free market alternative to health care.
NOTE: One can employ blockchain technology in this solution.
Unfortunately, our health care industry is dominated by insurance companies. Socialized care is insurance run by the state.
I've discovered that whenever I try to bring up alternatives to insurance, I am attacked by politicians on the left and right who receive funding from insurance.
Again, single payer health care is health care provided by a single state run insurance company. Please don't tell me that socializing insurance is the solution.
There is a better solution.
It All Starts with a Discussion
Yes, it took me a decade to formulate an alternative to insurance.
However, I realized that I could easily educate people on how to create an alternative with a simple discussion.
I've been looking for people brave enough to stand against the health care establishment and to engage in the debate.
I happen to live in Utah. Utah is weird. The state is dominated by the Mormon Church. The local church owns several insurance companies. It is hard to get things going here in the Beehive State.
I am willing to travel.
Anyway, now that Trump has pubically admitted that he never had a health care plan, it would be fun to hold the conversation that would start a real debate about health care reform.
I am posting here on Political Hive. I have a twitter account that I rarely use and a Truth Social Account that I never used.
I created the image for this post with NightCafe. It turned out pretty well. So, I think I will turn it into an NFT.
I will sell 4 editions of the NFT for 280 MEME. This covers the cost of creating the NFT.
