Que tal Hivers cocineros un fuerte abrazo para todos a la distancia y espero hayan pasado un excelente y bendecido jueves. Para mi post de hoy les quiero mostrar mi delicioso almuerzo, se trata de unos Ricos Conchuos rellenos acompañado de mapuey sancochado. Hoy decidi compartir con todos esta increíble receta ya que en estas fechas abunda mucho este delicioso peecado, así que a continuación les explico como prepararlo.

For my post today I want to show you my delicious lunch, it's about some Rich Stuffed Conchuos accompanied by parboiled mapuey. Today I decided to share this incredible recipe with everyone since this delicious sin abounds a lot these days, so below I explain how to prepare it.

Ingredients.

✓ Conchuos.
✓ Tomato.
✓ Onion.
✓ Chili pepper.
✓ 1 kg of Mapuey.
✓ Peppers.

Ingredientes.

✓ Conchuos.
✓ Tomate.
✓ Cebolla.
✓ Aji.
✓ 1 kg de Mapuey.
✓ Pimentón.

Step by Step.


Primero que nada amigos cocineros, vamos a picar todo el aliño en pequeños trozos, y en una olla con un poco de aceite los vamos a dejar dorar o aderezar.

First of all cook friends, we are going to chop all the dressing into small pieces, and in a pot with a little oil we are going to let them brown or season.

Luego una vez esten listos los aliños, debemos rellenar los conchuos y en un caldero los colocamos alrededor de 20 minutos hasta que queden bien cocida lor ambos lados.

Then once the dressings are ready, we must fill the conchuos and place them in a cauldron for about 20 minutes until they are well cooked on both sides.

Seguidamente vamos a cortar el mapuey a la mitad y en una olla a parte con agua caliente y sal dejamos sancochar hasta que este se ablande.

Next we are going to cut the mapuey in half and in a separate pot with hot water and salt, let it parboil until it softens.

Para finalizar una vez listo el mapuey le retiramos la concha, servimos y listo amigos.

To finish, once the mapuey is ready, we remove the shell, serve and that's it, friends.
