Initially, we took the green spinach leaves, then cleaned it properly. After that, we boiled it with help of induction cooker. Once it boiled for 5 minutes, we removed the water from it. Then we put the boiled spinach in a cold ice water. The main aim was for getting good texture natural color of the leaves. We added some salt, turmeric powder, and Kashmir chilly powder in it. We also added tomatoes paste in it. Once it fried and color becomes red, we added boiled spinach paste on it. and cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.

After that we chopped the Paneer in small pieces, then added this paneer in the cooked palak (spinach masala) then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes in low flame.

Then we made the powder of spices and added it on top of the palak paneer. The dish was ready for serve.
