We love to eat chicken biriyani. In generally chicken biriyani is an Indian dish and you can find almost 10 to 12 percentage of Indians mostly like biriyani, You will get different varieties of biriyani in India. These are Vegitable biriyani, chicken biriyani, motton biriyani, prawn biriyani and etc. out of that maximum Indians are like chicken biriyani. So i love chicken biriyani always.
Chicken Biriyani with Raita
Today i made chicken dum biriyani at my home. It is almost prepared by me. My wife and son also helped me to make this biriyani.
So i went to the market and brought some ingredients from the markets. Here is the following ingredients are required to made this Biriyani.
The list of ingredients were Mentioned below.
Raw Chicken
Half Cooked Rice
Spices
Curd
It is required for at the time of chicken marinate.
Mint leafs
Coriander leafs
Rose water, Biriyani Flavour,Pure Ghee & Biriyani Masala
Different Kind of Powders, Oil and other ingredients
The above ingredients are required for making the Biriyani,
Other ingredients are required for Raita, which were mentioned below.

The process of making Home style Dum Biriyani and Raita were mentioned below.
In first step, we took Basumati Rice of 750 grams. Then clean it in water and put rice with water, two Indian Bay leaves and 5 grams of black cumin seeds. Then cooked for 20-35 minutes. ones it half cooked, we separated water from the rice. Then rice was ready for making the Biriyahi,
Then we grinned ginger and garlic for making paste and also chopped the onion. Marinate the chicken with curd, onion, garlic, ginger paste, salt and turmeric powder.
Chicken Marinated
Then we took a Deep Fry Pan, and put some mustard oil in it, fry it , once the oil is warmed, we put some spices like Back people, Cardamom, cinnamon, other spices in it. Once the fried, we added chopped onion on it. Again we fry for five to ten minutes in low flame, the color of onion was going to be red. we added marinated chicken in it,Then we added some spices powders like chilly powder, other powder on it. we fry for 10 minutes and low flame, we add some water for making some gravy.
Then took a deep Pan, put the the 20% of half boiled rice, then add biriyani powder, Rose water,flovoure, Ghee, mint leafs, coriander leafs and then add the fried in it. continue same for 3 layers of rice , chicken and other ingredients. Ones it loaded in the deep pan, put the cover and cooked for 10 to 15 minutes in very low flame. Then the biriyani was ready for serve,

So we needed raita for add more testier and digestion purpose of the Biriyani, Then we made raita with the help of some vegetables like cucumber, carrot, green chilly, onion, coriander leaf and curd.
Chopped Vegetables
Chopped vegetables mixed with back pepper powder, black salt and chat masala powder
Then added curd and some water as required for making as much as thin. So that we could put it in when we ate the biriyani.
