Happy and blessed Friday dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, I hope you are very well, for this occasion I will show you how I made my delicious lunch today, I went out and arrived late at home, so hunger was pressing and I had to make a quick meal, like this I put to defrost a seafood that I bought a few days ago, it is Pepitonas or also known as Pata e'Cabra, so I decided to take care of them and accompany them with arepas, here I show you how I did it.
Receta: Pata e' Cabra o Pepitonas Guisadas con Arepas, para un Almuerzo Delicioso 🦪
Ingredientes
600 gr de Pepitonas
1/2 tomate
1 cebolla pequeña
1/4 de pimentón
1 aji
Limón
Ajo
Una rama de cilantro
Cubito de caldo de pollo deshidratado
Aceite vegetal
Sal y Color onoto a gusto
Recipe: Pata e' Cabra or Stewed Pepitonas with Arepas, for a Delicious Lunch
Ingredients
600 gr of pepitones
1/2 tomato
1 small onion
1/4 paprika
1 chili
Lemon
Garlic
a sprig of coriander dehydrated chicken bouillon cube
Vegetable oil
Salt and Color onoto to taste
Preparación/Preparation
1.Como primer paso vamos a poner a hervir suficiente agua y luego agregar las Pepitonas, junto con el zumo de un limón, hervir por 5 minutos para limpiarlas, retirar del fuego y cortar del tamaño de su preferencia.
1.As a first step we are going to boil enough water and then add the Pepitonas, along with the juice of a lemon, boil for 5 minutes to clean them, remove from heat and cut to the size of your preference.
2.Luego procedemos a lavar y cortar los aliños en cuadritos pequeños, poner a calentar una sartén, agregar el aceite y luego incorporar los aliños cortados, junto con la sal, cubito, color, remover constantemente y sofreír los aliños.

3.Seguidamente agregar las Pepitonas, y un poco de agua, remover y seguir cocinando, hasta que se haga el guiso, retirar del fuego y listas para servir.

Este delicioso guiso lo acompañe con arepas asadas y mantequilla.
