Happy and blessed Saturday friends of Foodies Bee Hive, today with a new opportunity to present my recipe of the day, for this occasion I will show you how to make my lunch today, a delicious rice with fried sausages, accompanied by Boiled Beetroot, this is a lunch easy to do and of course it is one of the favorites of our little ones in the house.
Receta: Delicioso Arroz con Salchichas acompañado de Remolacha Hervida para el Almuerzo
Ingredientes
3 tazas de arroz
3 salchichas
2 ajíes dulces
1/2 cebolla
Zanahoria
Ajo
Sal, orégano y color a gusto
2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
3 remolachas
Recipe: Delicious Rice with Sausages accompanied by Boiled Beetroot for Lunch
Ingredients
3 cups of rice
3 sausages
2 sweet peppers
1/2 onion
Carrot
Garlic
Salt, oregano and color to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 beets
Preparación/Preparation
1.Como primer paso vamos a lavar y poner a hervir las remolachas, hasta que estén blandas, dejar enfriar, pelar y cortar a su gusto.

2.Luego procedemos hacer el arroz, para ello primero cortamos la cebolla, ajo, ají y la zanahoria, colocamos en una sartén, con el aceite, sal, orégano y color a gusto.
2.Then we proceed to make the rice, for this we first cut the onion, garlic, chili and carrot, place in a pan, with the oil, salt, oregano and color to taste.
3.Llevar a fuego bajo, sofreír y remover de vez en cuando.

4.Seguidamente incorporar las salchichas a la preparacion previamente cortada a su gusto, unir todo bien.

5.Agregar el arroz previamente lavado, junto con el agua, en este caso fueron 6 tazas, remover, cocinar a fuego medio, hasta que el agua seque, luego tapar y seguir cocinando a fuego muy bajo, hasta que el arroz termine de ablandar, apagar y listo para servir.
