Once the pumpkin is ready and at room temperature, I begin to make the cake mixture and I do it in the following way, in the blender glass I place the pumpkin, eggs, powdered milk, sugar and vanilla in portions, I blend it all until it is well integrated and we have a smooth and creamy mixture.
Little by little I blend the pumpkin and then integrate the missing ingredients such as the wheat flour and condensed milk.
I set the mixture aside and now I am going to make the caramel directly in the pan where I am going to place my pumpkin cake mixture and I do it this way.
already with the caramel Lito and cold, I put the cake mixture on the trays and take it to the oven that should already be preheated beforehand, I leave it for 30 minutes to check that it is ready, I introduce a knife in the center and it will come out a little wet due to the pudding texture, let it rest and we can serve and share this delicious dessert that is not only rich but also nutritious.
