Apreciados amigos, hoy les mostrarΓ© mi receta para hacer panes caseros, nada complicado! Nada estresante porque a diferencia de otros panes mi harina es leudante, lo que me permite conseguΓ­r calidad sin tanto esfuerzo. Siiii asΓ­ es no tienes que amasar horas y horas.

Dear friends, today I will show you my recipe for homemade breads, nothing complicated! Nothing stressful because unlike other breads my flour is leavened, which allows me to get quality without so much effort. Yesssssss that's right you don't have to knead for hours and hours.

Los panes siempre serΓ‘n una buena opcion para desayunos, cenas o meriendas asΓ­ que, ΒΏPor quΓ© no aprender a elaborarlos en casa?. AquΓ­ les cuento cΓ³mo hice.

Breads will always be a good option for breakfast, dinner or snacks, so why not learn how to make them at home? Here's how I made them.

Ingredientes:

  • 400 grs de Harina leudante.
  • 1 taza de leche tibia.
  • 1 Cda de levadura instantΓ‘nea
  • 2 cdas de azucar.
  • 2 cdas de aceite.
  • 1 Cda de mantequilla.
  • Sal al gusto.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of leavening flour.
  • 1 cup of warm milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Salt to taste.

Procedimiento:

Paso 1
Agregamos la cucharada de levadura a la leche tibia junto con el azΓΊcar y removemos, lo dejamos reposar en un lugar cΓ‘lido por unos 15 min.

Step 1
Add the tablespoon of yeast to the warm milk together with the sugar and stir, let it stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes.

Paso 2

Cuando veamos fermentada la leche la vertemos a un envase donde aΓ±adiremos el aceite, la mantequilla la otra cucharada de azΓΊcar y harina poco a poco.

Step 2
When the milk is fermented, pour it into a container and add the oil, butter, the other spoonful of sugar and flour little by little.

Paso 3

En Γ©ste punto podemos aΓ±adir la sal y el harina de igual manera hasta finalizar.

Step 3
At this point we can add the salt and the flour in the same way until the end.

Paso 4
Colocamos la masa en forma de bola en un recipiente engrasado y lo dejamos leudar en un sitio cΓ‘lido (utilizo el horno apagado) por unas 2 horas.

Step 4
Place the dough in a ball in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place (I use the oven off) for about 2 hours.

Paso 5
DespuΓ©s del leudado amase unos 5 minutos mΓ‘s, tambiΓ©n separΓ© la masa en 3 partes para armar 3 panes de 210 grs cada uno. Cada porciΓ³n la aplane con el rodillo y luego enrrollΓ©, coloquΓ© cada pan en una bandeja engrasada y le realice unos cortes.

Step 5
After leavening, I kneaded the dough for about 5 more minutes, I also separated the dough into 3 parts to make 3 loaves of 210 grams each. I flattened each portion with a rolling pin and then rolled it, placed each loaf on a greased tray and made some cuts.

Volvemos a llevar a leudar por unas 2 horas mΓ‘s. Y pasado ese tiempo los llevamos al horno por unos 10 min.

We return to leaven for about 2 hours more. And after that time we take them to the oven for about 10 min.
