Actually, I miss cooking. You also see that I rarely post recipes lately. That's because I'm rarely at home.
Like today, I'm still staying at my mother-in-law's house. But I want to make a breakfast full of protein. So I'll cook a simple menu for breakfast.
Since I've been focusing on lifting weights, I've become more aware of high-protein foods. Consuming high-protein foods also makes us full longer, and it makes us not crave sweet foods. That's what I feel.
This time, I'm going to share a recipe for bell peppers stuffed with tofu and eggs. And, you can combine it with your favorite vegetables.
This bell pepper recipe is cooked by steaming so this food is suitable for those of you who are looking to reduce oil.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 2 red peppers
- 100 grams of white tofu
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 10 grams of shallots
- 10 grams of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- optional: red chili and cayenne pepper

Tadaaaaa! This is the result! The mashed tofu and eggs filling looks firm but also soft. The paprika skin still looks crunchy.
Serve the tofu-stuffed paprika with your favorite sauce! Oh, this is really delicious and rich in protein.
