Enjoy delicious food with the bonus of views of plants in a large area that relax your mind.
It's never easy for someone like me who only works from home. No parents. There is only one husband who travels every day for work.
So, basically I'm alone at home. No real friends, just online friends? Am I dying? Nope. I'm fine. My neighbors often wonder if I'm bored in front of the computer. The answer is of course no. Being in front of a computer is something I'm used to doing, at least to do my passion, writing.
Although everything is not easy. You need a good mood to stay all day at home. That's why, whenever I want to leave the house to visit new places, I never hold back. People who work more in front of the computer should better go outside. At least it's a nice refresh or even restart button.
I was very happy that afternoon my husband had come home from work and took me to a cafe owned by his co-worker. The cafe is also not far from our house, my husband said. ❤️ I'm excited too.
I visited an interesting cafe. It has an agricultural concept which is usually used by school children to educate about plants.
AGRO BINTARA CAFE
The cafe has culinary and garden educational concept. Agro Bintara Cafe has a cool concept in the village I live in. Yes, the cafe is located in my own village. I'm quite proud to have that place.
Once you enter the cafe, the area is quite large. Like a large garden with lots of space that combines traditional gazebos and fish ponds.
Fish ponds were created around the spot marking the name of the cafe in front of the cafe area. The cafe fills the pond not with decorative ponds, but with edible fish. So, it's much more profitable. I agree with that.
Entering the main area of the cafe, the ornamental plants are neatly arranged in various color combinations.
Also, small balls are hung to create a festive atmosphere. Suitable for making the mood of children who visit this place happy.
For seating, Agro Bintara Cafe makes gazebos like huts that farmers use to rest and eat in the rice fields.
These gazebos are indeed suitable for family visits. It makes it easier for visitors who bring children to eat together without a table.
On the other side, there are also tables and chairs without a gazebo. A large area is provided, especially for visitors from the school who bring their children to tour the garden.
My husband and I chose to sit in the non-gazebo area because it was late. Usually during the day many visitors will come to have lunch in the gazebo area.
The funny thing is, now it's just me and my husband in my cafe. Understandably, this is a normal thing because this is a village and it starts to get quiet when it gets dark.
Dinner Time
I became even happier because it served traditional Indonesian food. My husband is also happy with it.
I ordered the fried chicken menu with galangal spices. What's special is that the chicken is an organic type of chicken that is raised in the garden, and avoids chemical foods to speed up growth.
This organic chicken is super tasty and tender. My husband also admits that. Added with shreeded galangal spices.
Plus spicy stir-fried water spinach. Made our dinner at this place quite memorable.
Another fact is that the price of food here is quite cheap. This can support visitors in surrounding villages who have a low economic level to enjoy food at this cafe. Villagers also have the right to enjoy views like this. So, I really appreciate this place and would come to this place more often if I couldn't cook.
What a perfect dinner in my village. I thank my husband who took me to this beautiful cafe. With cheap price and also great yummy food that satisfies my stomach. Beautiful surrounding area to relax my mind. See you on my foodie journey! ❤️❤️❤️
