Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, esta receta que prepara mi mamá para ella y mi hermano ya que están haciendo un ayuno y llevando una alimentación de 0 carnes por 20 días.	Hello friends of Foodies Bee Hive, today I want to share with you this recipe that my mom prepares for her and my brother since they are fasting and eating a 0-meat diet for 20 days.
Les muestro lo que utilizamos para preparar el pastel de Calabacín.	I show you what we use to prepare the Zucchini cake.


3 Calabacín	3 Zucchini
1 Plátano amarillo frito en tajadas	1 fried yellow banana in slices
200gr de queso blanco rayado	200g grated white cheese
3 Huevos cocidos	3 boiled eggs
1 salsa Ole para pizza	1 Ole Pizza Sauce
Maíz dulce	Sweet corn

En un refractario se engrasa y en harina para que no se pegue, dejamos esto listo y cocinamos solo un poco en una salten el calabacín, luego se coloca un capa de tajadas fritas de plátano luego se coloca la primera capa de Calabacín sobre esta colocamos una capa de queso, salsa Ole para pizzas y luego la siguiente capa de calabacín a esta le colocamos huevo en rebanadas, maíz queso y salsa y así hasta terminar con una capa de queso. Espero que les guste esta receta y la puedan hacer si les gusta comer de esta manera o para salir de la rutina por un día, este fue el almuerzo del primer día de ayunos y cambio de alimentación de mi mamá y mi hermano.	I hope you like this recipe and you can make it if you like to eat this way or to get out of the routine for a day, this was the lunch of the first day of fasting and change of diet for my mom and my brother.
