How I cooked and baked a loaf for the first time in my life

We take this kind of ready-made dough.
Knead the dough very well with your hands.
And then I have the process of making a scone.

2.JPG

Roll out with a wooden and handy rolling pin like this flatbread.
The process is fast, but you need to know how to do it.
It is to be able to do well what I have shown in the photo.

3.JPG

Then we roll up this pancake or flatbread.
We roll it up into a round roll and seal the edges.
Over time, all this quickly turns out in practice.

4.JPG

You can see the whole process well in the photo here.
All of this is enjoyable and interesting for everyone to do.
Who, at least once will try to do it in the kitchen at home.

5.JPG

And here we have the finished product in front of us.
Which you can already see, like these round rollers.
But these are still just the blanks to make a loaf.

6.JPG

And here we have four blanks in front of us.
For the future loaves that we will bake.
In the oven of the electric oven in the kitchen.

7.JPG

And here's another interesting point.
We see a blade in the picture in front of us.
It is a safety razor with a very thin blade.

8.JPG

It is with this blade that we apply to the loaf.
These are the kind of cuts that are familiar to the loaf.
And they can only be made with a sharp blade.

9.JPG

Then we put these ready billets in a preheated oven.
The electric oven is where the loaves will be baked.
And this takes a certain amount of time (description below).

10.JPG

And here are the first loaves obtained in baking.
Just look at how beautiful and toasted the loaves are.
I finally made it, but I was worried the whole time.

11.JPG

Yes, yes! I was very worried about that time.
That the first time the loaves didn't work out.
But now the loaves are so beautiful and fragrant.

12.JPG

The loaves are baked with a crispy and beautiful crust.
It's so nice to be able to do it all by myself, without any help.
And this is the first time the loaves are so beautiful.

13.JPG

I cut the loaves open and you can see how they baked.
This is my first product that I baked myself in the kitchen.
I am going to try and bake more loaf rolls in the future.

14.JPG

I toasted the finished loaf slices in the toaster oven.
To try it this way for breakfast on the morning of the day.
I think it all worked out very well for me and I'm glad I did.

15.JPG

And for breakfast I also made coffee to go with the loaf.
I brewed the coffee quickly, because I wanted to try it.
And this is my ready-made loaf, yes, and my breakfast coffee.

HOW I COOKED AND BAKED A LOAF FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.

Hi all, my friends, making my new post in the Foodies Bee Hive Community, I'd like to tell you about the first time I ever cooked and baked a loaf. It was certainly interesting to try to make it. Since I had never baked a loaf before. I've just made bread, but that's a separate topic of conversation. The recipe for making loaves has a very different basis, it is different from baking bread. Bread is much easier to make - especially since I have an electric bread maker. And here you have to stand the dough, and only then prepare the base of the loaf and bake. The process itself is more complicated, so I decided to try it. I'll be honest - the first time it didn't work, the loaf was flat for some reason? The dough settled, apparently because I often opened the door in the oven to see how it was and what was going on? And that was my main mistake. And now, for the second time, I did everything the way it should be done. As you can see - the loaves turned out very good and beautiful. That's how the experience of making a loaf as a baked good is gained. Well, without experience, nothing will ever work, as we know. This was my photo report on how I made loaves at home.

Homemade loaf in the oven - my recipe
Ingredients, Milk: 1 cup, Egg: 1 piece, Salt: 1 teaspoon, Sugar: 2 teaspoons, Flour: 3 cups, Yeast: 2 teaspoons (approximately). And the instructions for making the loaf: In a large bowl, pour a glass of warm milk. Add one egg, a teaspoon of salt, a couple of spoons of sugar, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir. Add three cups of sifted flour with a couple of teaspoons of dry yeast. Divide the dough into two roughly equal parts. Roll out each piece into a rectangle, no more than 0.5 centimeters thick. Carefully roll it up into a tight roll. Pinch the edges of the roll. Place on an oiled baking tray with the seam facing down. Make cuts with a sharp knife, characteristic of a loaf. Leave to rise in a warm place. The loaves should at least double in size. Bake in a preheated 170 degrees oven for about 20 minutes. This portion will make two crispy and ruddy loaves, made by hand.
