It's the weekend again and we all need to eat to survive. This time around we went out for Yakiniku with the family a few weeks ago. The grill fired with charcoal is neatly installed in a circular whole cut in the center of the table. Here are a few pictures of the grilling experience.
Special Miso Sauce with grounded sesame seeds to dip the meat in before eating.
Side Order: A mix of pickled items
Selection of a variety of meat cuts.
Kimchi
Actual Grilling
The coals were really hot 🔥. They would burst into flames whenever they became overwhelmed by the oil dropping from the fatty parts of the meat.
All we had to do was shift the meat around to avoid the coal and the flames would eventually disappear.
We enjoyed grilling our meat and vegetables 😋. Everything provided was already cut into bite sized pieces so it was easy to enjoy cooking and eating. Each person at our table had their meal with a bowl of white rice 🍚 🍚 🍚 🍚.Everyone had a great time at this Yakiniku restaurant.
