So, a lot of my friends were wondering about my frosted fruits that I uploaded on social media. A leftover I had too for dessert if you have seen my post yesterday in here. They thought it looked delicious, and I had to agree. I enjoyed the cold natural sweetness of the grapes and strawberries as they melted in my mouth. The yoghurt's smoothness and creaminess worked beautifully with the fruits. It was an exquisite low carb,easy and a quickie dessert!
So I thought, why not share it here as well? Teeeeeheeeeee.
So here it goes...
Recipe: Frosted Fruits
Ingredients
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Yoghurt
PS. The amount of each ingredients varies on your quantity liking. 😃
Procedure
- Wash the fruits
- Put in a container with a lid
- Freeze for an hour or more
- Let stand for two minutes before serving
- Put some yoghurt
- Serve and Enjoy!
