Whats upppp guys?! What's new with all of you?
I didn't work out today, so it's been a lazy day for me. Ugh!
I'm not sure what it is, but it feels strange, and I'm a little worried. Probably because my thoughts keep returning to the fact that I'll be doing face-to-face work next week. I know I should be happier, but I guess I've grown accustomed to working from home, and it's unusual to see people at work again. LOL
Oh well, we still have our term break till Monday, so I guess I'll just have to savour each day and cross the bridge when I get there.

To keep my mind from wandering, I decided to make one of my favourite low-carb dishes. Because I'm still trying to reduce my carb intake, I used broccoli instead of rice. The term Seafood Fried Brocolli comes from the addition of prawns and fish. Green peas and carrots were also added!
Please refer below for the Ingredients and Procedure 😊
Ingredients
- air fried marinated salmon
- peeled devein prawns
- green peas
- carrots
- processed brocolli
- garlic
- onion
- salt
- pepper
- dried parsley leaves
- lime juice
Procedure
- Pour a tablespoon of lime juice
- Sprinkle some pepper, salt and dried parsley leaves
- Flip on the other side and do steps 1-2
- Put in the air fryer and let it cook for 10 minutes
- Cut the brocolli florets into smaller pieces
- Put in the processor
- Let it cut into pieces the size of grains of rice
- Chop the onions and garlic
- Chop the carrots into cubes
- Saute the garlic, onion and prawns
- Add the carrots and green peas
- Add the deboned, shredded salmon
- Add the processed brocolli
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste
- Mix occassionaly until cooked ( 10 minutes roughly )
- Transfer into a plate and Enjoy!
