Today I want to share with you my lumpia shanghai that made from leftover dish. My last previous post was that Stuff eggplant in visayan version. And it has leftover ingredients which is mixed with ground pork and spices. I don't want it to be stocked in the fridge and I don't want it to spoil either. Usually, when there is leftover food, it is stocked in the fridge first and that is what I hate the most because it will be forgotten or completely spoiled or thrown away. And because I'm a practical person and I don't want to waste food so I'll find a way to eat it right away.
And now I'm going to show you how I did it and save the leftover food /ingredients. All I need is lumpia wrapper, cooking oil and the leftover food or ingredients.
PROCEDURE
- Take a piece of lumpia wrapper.Take a spoonful of leftover food or ingredients, put it in the middle of the wrapper and spread it.
- Then fold the wrapper and roll and apply a little water to stick and close the wrapper at the end.
- Repeat the procedure until finished.
- And fry it and serve.

That's one of the things I did when I had leftover food.
