Making Special Bakwan Jagung With Simple Ingredients

Today i want to share my recipe called Special Bakwan Jagung With Simple Ingredients for my family today, which recipe is very easy and simple to get and the results will be delicious and yummy 😍

Bakwan Jagung is a snack that is very popular with many people in Indonesia and there are different ways to enjoy it, it can be a side dish, it can be enjoyed by adding vinegar or soy sauce and eaten directly with chili, it all depends on each person's taste. So on this occasion i want to share with you guys about the recipe for making this delicious food with very easy and simple ingredients and methods. Let's do this guys 🤗

The first step we have to prepare the ingredients to make Special Bakwan Jagung with simple ingredients and simple way, below are the ingredients and tools that must be prepared :

Ingredients :

  1. Sweet Corn
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Onion leaves
  5. Cooking Oil
  6. Flour
  7. Flavoring
  8. Salt
  9. Water

Tools :

  1. Knife
  2. Frying Pan
  3. Spatula
  4. Bowl
  5. Plate
  6. Stove
  7. Spoon

After the ingredients and tools above have been prepared, then we will go to how to make this food menu :

The first step is to peel the sweet corn then slice the corn into small parts and then wash it with water in a bowl, the result will be like the picture above.

The next step is to cut the onion leaves with a knife, then peel the garlic and onion using a knife then cut some into small pieces into a plate and partly mashed.

Mix the sweet corn with the flour then add little by little water and stir evenly in the bowl.

After the sweet corn and wheat flour mixture is mixed evenly, add the onion leaves, garlic, onion that have been sliced previously and the garlic and onion that have been previously mashed into a bowl. Then stir until everything is evenly distributed.

Don't forget to add a little salt and flavoring to the dough so that it tastes more delicious and feels perfect. While stirring until smooth, prepare a frying pan on the stove and heat the cooking oil for a few minutes.

After that, pour the sweet corn mixture that has been mixed with the ingredients using a spoon into the pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

After that lift and drain the Corn Bakwan Jagung into a plate to serve. Taraaa Special Delicious Bakwan Jagung is ready to be eaten and enjoyed together guys 🤗

This food reminds me with my grandma because everytime i visited her on village this food become my fav one especially my grandma's made hmm it looks like yummy 😍
