Hola querida comunidad de Hive. Los plátanos son parte importante de nuestra cocina, los podemos preparar de muchas formas: fritos, al horno, en puré, en tostones, con queso, con mantequilla entre otros. El día de hoy les traigo un paso a paso de una receta deliciosa y sencilla de preparar plátanos caramelizados aromatizados con canela, quedan riquísimos y son ideales para acompañar cualquier comida.

Hello dear Hive community. Plantains are an important part of our kitchen, we can prepare them in many ways: fried, baked, pureed, in tostones, with cheese, with butter, among others. Today I bring you a step by step of a delicious and simple recipe to prepare caramelized plantains flavored with cinnamon, they are delicious and are ideal to accompany any meal.

Ingredientes:
• 2 plátanos
• 4 cucharadas de azúcar
• ½ taza de vino
• Una pizca de canela
• 1 cucharada de mantequilla
• ½ taza de agua
• 2 cucharadas de aceite

Ingredients:
• 2 plantains
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• ½ cup of wine
• A pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ cup of water
• 2 tablespoons of oil

Paso 1
Pele y corte los plátanos en pedazos grandes.

Step 1
Peel and cut the plantains into large pieces.

Paso 2
En un sartén con aceite agregue la mantequilla y una cucharada de azúcar a fuego bajo y, dore los plátanos por espacio de 25 minutos, volteándolos ocasionalmente.

Step 2
In a pan with oil, add the butter and a tablespoon of sugar over low heat and brown the plantains for 25 minutes, turning them occasionally.

Paso 3
Una vez dorados, cambie a otro sartén y agregue el vino, el agua, azúcar (3 cucharadas) y por último la canela.

Step 3
Once golden, change to another pan and add the wine, water, sugar (3 tablespoons) and finally the cinnamon.

Paso 4
Cocine tapados a fuego moderado por 25 o 30 minutos o hasta que el líquido se convierta en almíbar o espese. Voltéalos con cuidado a los 15 minutos de estar hirviendo. Retire del fuego y sirva.

Step 4
Cook covered over moderate heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until liquid turns to syrup or thickens. Turn them carefully after 15 minutes of boiling. Remove from heat and serve.
