Hello friends from foodies be hive. Hope you all are doing good. Today I tasted my traditional and famous dish of India and it's Dosa. Dosa is the yummiest and popular dish of India and i hope that many of you are aware of it and have tasted it whenever you went for the trip to India.
Today i will share it's whole process that how this yummy Rava cheese masala Dosa is made. This Dosa is just filled with a lot of cheese and the batter. The just make it so amazing so yummy and really they apply a huge amount of butter on it to make it super yummy and very tasty.
Here comes the steps which they follow. First of all they just split the suji batter on the flame and waited till it dry up and become crispy. The suji takes a little time to get crispy but it's seems to be really good.
Then the batter containing cheese, potato, beans, green chillies and onion were added i just noticed every single thing which they filled. Every thing is clearly visible in the picture you can have a look at it.
Then they garnished the cheese all over the batter to make it super yummy and very tasty. It really seems wonderful. I just loved the concept of making of Dosa. After seeing these steps i came to know that's why it's the famous and popular dish of India.
After sometime when the suji became crispy the dosa was served in the plate and i enjoyed a lot. This dish is mostly popular in South India but due to its yummy taste it is popular and famous dish all over India. This Rava dosa is the speciality of this place. The dosa was served with some coconut and pumpkin chutney which seems to be really good.I just loved being here.
It's a necessity and that's not possible... Leaving without the place without any sweet dish. I just choosed to pick the icecream for my dessert. It was super amazing and yummy. I just picked up the blueberry flavour among the various varieties of icecream.
Blueberry icecream was really amazing and we added some tuti fruiti candies at it which gives an amazing flavour and the amazing taste.
Amazingly i just loved being here and enjoying the popular dish of India which is Dosa and to add a combo i preferred blueberry flavour icecream. It was lovely visiting here. Have a great day
