[ENG\SPN] Easy cocoa cake - Pastel de cacao fácil

Greetings to all in the community. I would like to show you an easy cake recipe that doesn't require any special ingredients and at the same time you get a juicy and amazing cocoa cake. You can make it at any time and it also bakes very quickly. This cocoa cake is really very easy, suitable for everyone, even if you have never made a cake before. You can make it for both dessert and breakfast.

So here is what you will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 260 g flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 ml liquid vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10 g baking powder
  • icing sugar for sprinkling (optional)

To begin, prepare the liquid mixture by first beating the eggs and sugar very well using a mixer or wire whisk.

Then add the yoghurt by folding in the baking soda beforehand. Stir. Add the oil and vanilla and mix again.

Sift in the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Little by little, without stopping to stir, add to the liquid mixture. Whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture.

In a greased cake pan or cake tin, sprinkle some flour on the bottom and whisk. Then pour the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. All ovens are different and bake differently. You can check if your cake is ready by sticking a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out without any of the mixture sticking to it then it is ready. Once baked, allow to cool and sprinkle the top with icing sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Saludos a todos en la comunidad. Me gustaría enseñaros una receta de tarta fácil que no requiere ningún ingrediente especial y al mismo tiempo se consigue una tarta de cacao jugosa y sorprendente. Se puede hacer en cualquier momento y además se hornea muy rápido. Este pastel de cacao es realmente muy fácil, apto para todo el mundo, incluso si nunca has hecho un pastel antes. Se puede hacer tanto para el postre como para el desayuno.

Esto es lo que necesitarás:

  • 4 huevos
  • 200 g de yogur
  • 260 g de harina
  • 180 g de azúcar
  • 100 ml de aceite
  • 2 ml de extracto de vainilla líquido
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao
  • 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 10 g de levadura en polvo
  • azúcar glas para espolvorear (opcional)

Para empezar, prepare la mezcla líquida batiendo primero muy bien los huevos y el azúcar con una batidora o un batidor de alambre.

A continuación, añadir el yogur incorporando previamente el bicarbonato. Remover. Añadir el aceite y la vainilla y volver a mezclar.

Tamizar la harina, la levadura en polvo y el cacao. Añadir poco a poco, sin dejar de remover, a la mezcla líquida. Batir hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

En un molde engrasado, espolvorear un poco de harina en el fondo y batir. A continuación, vierte la mezcla.

Hornear en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante unos 40 minutos. Todos los hornos son diferentes y hornean de forma distinta. Puedes comprobar si tu pastel está listo clavando un palillo en el centro. Si sale sin que se pegue la mezcla, está listo. Una vez horneado, déjalo enfriar y espolvorea la parte superior con azúcar glas si lo deseas. ¡Que lo disfrutes!
