Finally, after I bought a new glass lid with edge reductions to cover the pots , which I showed in the last post, I only used it now because I remembered what to cook under it. I actually prepare-
Prepared sausages in wine
These are the things I bought to prepare; bread, red wine, eggs that I did not use and the main composition of the sausage.
So I'm starting with the preparations that will lead to a new cooking adventure .
I put a big spoonful of fat in the pan because I don't have any other, so it seems ideal for work.
You need to wait for the fat to melt so that you can insert the sausages into the melted fat. A little patience.
When the oil is hot, but not too hot, I put in the sausages,
When they got a gradual color change, I sprinkled them with freshly ground pepper, let it sizzle and release the taste and smell .
The fire is light and not aggressive so that it doesn't burn out as easily
When they get color add a little more pepper
This cooking also causes heat, so you need to drink some Teran red wine
Turn a little more so that they don't overcook on one side, but that they have a nice color on the other side .
I poured the wine into the glass
In such a way that the glass is not empty, but that the wine heats up while it is cooking
I waited a bit for the wine to reach temperature, not to get cold, but to warm up and I poured it over the sausage in the pan.
Then I put the lid on and let them cook the roasted sausages in the wine for a short time
This is the vent on the lid smokes nicely
The sausages started to smell nice and I decided to add some more ingredients to the pan,
I took out some interesting sliced smoked salami from the fridge, very tasty and fragrant,
I cut it into pieces and also took a piece of dry sausage to cut it myself because it takes a lot of heat to prepare it.
After I have cut and the sausages have softened in the wine, I will put this inside to prepare,
I had one piece of old bread left from a few days ago and it dried out like breadcrumbs only in one piece
I cut that piece nicely, just so it doesn't turn into crumbs, but stay in pieces
And put it inside
There is a wonderful smell, but along with the wine and bread, I'm missing something else and I can't find anything else to complete this wonderful smell.
While I was thinking it was cooked uncovered to reduce some of the liquid that had formed
When it was reduced a little, I remembered and took the peeled walnut kernels, which I chopped into pieces.
I put it inside
I covered it and let it cook for a while, let's say, until the smell makes you hungry
After the time has passed, the food is ready and the lid blooms
The smell is perfectly enticing, just enough to serve on a plate and let it cool down a bit
To be honest, the appearance is nothing, only the smell tempts me so much that I'm hungry.
The sausage is beautifully prepared, but it's not even close to everything else inside
The rest is small and delicious
I ate sausages so that I could really enjoy this this is wonderfully delicious, juicy and amazing how it melts in your mouth even before you bite into it and then,,,
There is no more, I help the plate with bread and make myself a small sandwich to enjoy the last bites.
This is how my cooking ended and I'm very satisfied with the lid. I hope that you who were at HIVE also enjoyed my adventurous kitchen. I tried to describe it in words and photos.
How do you say it!!!
See you in some new adventure .
