Hello friends, it's been a while since I last posted in this community that I admire and respect. The fact is that on Sunday I went out to do some shopping in the center of my city, and I left without lunch with my husband so my appetite was at its peak, but we did not know what to eat so I remembered this restaurant that is in the mall in a well known avenue in my city.
So we asked for the menu to see what they offered, since I wanted to eat something that would fill me up and that was with chicken, and that's how my a combo of 4 burgers with potatoes quite interesting, to be honest we did not think much because it was about 4 pm and we were very hungry and since early we were doing laps to get some spare parts for our truck.
We waited a while for the order, when I saw that the place was alone, there was almost no one, just one person eating a basket, frankly I like to be in crowded places, they make me desperate sometimes.
Our order arrived, we ordered a manzanita soda, at first sight it looked delicious, the first thing that caught my attention were the potatoes, they gave us a good amount and they were divine, just the way I like them and with enough salt.
Now I want to talk about the hamburgers, I can't say they were bad, in fact, the chicken filling was good, soft and with a good flavor, but I didn't like that the bun felt very moist, it really got me a little bit out of the loop. I felt that the tartar sauce was overdone. It had the traditional tomato and lettuce with the chicken milanesa and a sauce that did not convince me, especially because I particularly like the bread to be a little drier and I put the sauce on it myself. They also gave us tomato sauce to eat with the potatoes, which were the protagonists.

In conclusion, Pollo Cool is not a bad place to eat, the combo was good, I was full but I couldn't eat everything so it's good for sharing and if you don't have much budget at the moment and you go with several people. I would give it a 7/10 because of the bread issue, but I do recommend it. Thanks for reading me, happy start of the week friends.
