Assalamu Alaikum. Welcome to the Foodies Bee Hive blog. how are you all Today I am going to share with you Khasir Meat Katchi Biryani Recipe and Hilsa Vaja Blog. We, friends, were able to do the work with the combined efforts of all of us on the occasion of the holiday. Hope you will like our experience very much. We organized a dinner with friends on the occasion of the holiday. That's why we thought to make some new items. Now let me share with you our cooking essentials. After the cooking ingredients I have taken some photographs of the food as per the step by step recipe presented to you.

First put the biryani rice in a bowl. After that, take the meat in another bowl, knead the required ingredients of the meat according to the recipe and keep it for about an hour. Cut a few potatoes in the middle and fry them with jadda color. Then I fried some chopped onion and kept it in a bowl. Then after the biryani rice water dried up, I kept it half boiled in a big pot. Then with all the ingredients of biryani and meat, I arranged the meat layer by layer in the pan. I put the meat on the bottom of the pan, and half of the biryani rice on the top layer. I arranged fried potatoes on it. After that I soaked the whole with Jada Rang and Keora water. Then I put the remaining half of the biryani rice on the upper layer of the pot. Finally, I mixed some masala and soluble water by hand on the biryani rice. Then I covered the pot with flour. Then I put the biryani pot on the burning stove. In this way, about 20 minutes in the first state hit is given. Then I reduced the treat to 20 minutes again. Finally cook on low heat for another 20 minutes. Then I left the pot in the oven for another ten minutes with the heat off. Then our delicious kacchi biryani cooking program is ready. Then for the hilsa fish, after heating the pot with mustard seeds for a while, I put the hilsa fish, one after the other, on the hot oil. Then after some browning, we took the fish into a container. Finally, our hilsa fish fry program is over. I served food in separate plates and bowls for everyone and finished eating and drinking.
