hello all friends. What have you eaten today?
Here I make snacks made from chicken. This still doesn't have a name and I will call it ciryam, namely cireng containing chicken.
I took this picture in my room and I created this blog. as I said, this is the chicken filling and for the outer layer it is tapioca flour. Many people think this is like pastel, but this is not pastel, the outer layer is made from wheat flour, but I made it in a different way to get the uniqueness of this food.
I made this not only myself. I made it with 1 of my friends whose house is close to me. This is not just making it and it seems like the market is responding enough and my friend and I will sell this for IDR 1,000 / 1 ciryam.
To make it, it's quite easy, I first process the chicken, shred it and add the spices that I have made. and this time I only made a spicy version where many of our people here like the spicy level. after mixing and I cooked it half cooked and drained it. After that I made the outer layer, before closing I put the chicken in there and covered it with the tapioca flour mixture that I had made.
This tastes delicious, it's just that there are no toppings or sauces. The outer skin feels soft and inside there is a spicy chicken taste which makes those who eat it quite fresh. This is my attempt at making snacks this time and I hope this entertains you. If you have questions or anything, you can comment below.
