As one of my friends will always say, "it doesn't matter whether you're highly educated or not, once you're married, wants to be responsible and not from an affluent family, you'll automatically turn a mathematician". Funny as that may seem, I have come to realise the truthfulness of that his statement overtime.
During the weekend shopping for food stuffs for the family, the high cost of things left me thinking between getting beef or fish for our stew. After some consideration, I had to go for the iced fish.
Today, we woke up a bit late after our baby couldn't let us sleep very well last night. Although wifey likes to prepare the weekend foods, seeing that she wasn't really strong, I took the initiative and went to cook. You can see the process for the stew preparation below.

Manually grinded the pepper, ginger and garlic.
Frying the fresh tomatoes.
I decided to fry the fish 🐟

I want to talk about the frying process a bit. For one thing, I usually run away after putting the fish in the frying pan although I used a pot cover as shield against the flying hot oil. This is one of the cooking process that gets me scared 🤣🤣🤣.
I was able to get it done after a while though. What's your strength in food preparation?
