It shows the act of love and kindness.

We invited out loved one's into Aftar party and made some special dishes according to their choice. So I invited my friend on Aftar at my house. I decided to make something that she likes and could you believe she loved my dish. So let's started making step by step.

In the same way, I fried Dahi bary in oil using gran flour. After that I dip the both two ingredients and dip into some water to make it soft. It requires almost half and hour. Make sure that quantity of water is according to quantity of ingredients.

After dipping almost half and hour I sperate the stones inside the tamarind called gutli and add the whole water into a grinder. I added almost 5 table spoons sugar, half table spoon salt and one and half table spoon red chilli and grind it well. After grinding it took the shape of chutni as you can see in a bowl.

Step 6

I cut one big onion in sharper way and some of the green chilies for better taste. Onions always made the dish 10 times more tasty.
