Hello dear community πŸ€—πŸ’—, today I want to share with you the way sardines are cooked here in my country, Mexico ☺. This recipe besides being delicious and versatile is easy to make, with few ingredients and economical, sure it could save you from a hurry on more than one occasion. Here we will try to enhance the flavor of the fish that comes previously prepared in a tomato broth and pre-cooked, using fresh and delicious elements, typical of Mexican cuisine

This recipe is versatile because with this preparation we can serve different dishes, including pescadillas, which are basically deep fried tacos.
But this time, I decided to keep it simple, and just prepare tacos with my Mexican-style sardines 😊.
For this we will only need corn tortillas, and some condiments to your liking, such as avocado πŸ₯‘, tomato salsa taquera or pickled jalapeΓ±o peppers 🌢️, as well as a rich touch of lemon juice πŸ‹. Although of course you can add whatever you want or whatever you have on hand, the important thing is to experiment and find the best way to enjoy our delicious food.
