- Gourd, fish, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Cooking process -
- At first here I peeled the gourd and cut it into whole pieces. This time I have washed them well.
- This time I gave the fish with salt and turmeric powder. This time I rubbed it well with my hands.
- This time I put the ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put salt and turmeric powder inside it for frying fish. Of course, if the oil is hot then you have to give it. So after a while I turned the fish over. So the fish has been fried upside down. This time I took it down from the stove.
- This time again I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I fried it with onion powder, green chilli paste and garlic paste for a while.
- This time I have given the whole cut gourd inside it. This time I stirred it a little and put salt and turmeric powder in it. This time I will cover it with a lid and stir it well for a while.
- After a while I lifted the lid and moved it well again. See how much water has come out of the gourd. So this time I will take out the gourd well. However, it has to be removed by stirring frequently. So the gourd has been well drained.
- This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while again. After a while, Jhole Balak came. This time I stirred it well and put the fried fish inside it. This time I will stir it well again and burn it for a while. After a while, I mixed the cumin paste inside it again by stirring it well. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while it has decreased a lot. This time I took it down from the stove.
