So here I have the materials-
- 1- Small fish
2- Onion crush
3- Slice the green pepper
4- Garlic paste
5- Salt
6-Yellow powder and
7-Soybean oil etc.
Cooking method -
- At first I took small fish here. This time I have cleaned and washed the small fish well.
- This time I put a pan in the oven and put some oil in the pan. This time I stirred it with a little bit of onion and sliced it with raw chilli and garlic paste. Thise I gave a little water inside.
- This time I put salt and turmeric powder in it. This time again, I have stirred it well for a while and ignited it.
- This time I put small fish inside it. This time I will stir it well and light it for a while. Of course, I gently moved a little. If you move it more frequently, there is a possibility that the fish will be cut. For this, I have removed it with very little movement.
- This time I put a little water inside it. Now I will burn a little for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. This time I took it down from the stove.
- So my friends, in a very short time, I have made small fish chutney with little ingredients. This time I am serving in a container.
And if you make small fish chutney in this way, it tastes much better to eat. You can definitely try this at home. It is much more beautiful to eat small fish chutney.
