Hello Hive, how has been our day, hope not stressful. I want to share about the moi moi prepared using ewe, supplemented with pap.
I use white beans and peel in other to remove the shaft.
So after peeling, I make sure no stones is inside, so I add pepper and onion to it.
So I went to grind it, after grinding start with the processing. I add my vegetable oil, seasoning,egg(optional).

I mix everything together, and rinse the leaves I want to use.
So I start with the folding and pouring the mixture into the leaves.
And then allow to cook, after it is done, it was served.
