When you mention the name, everyone feels how delicious it is, right? however many people can't eat durian, but when I make this cake they try and then eat the durian cake I made. And it also makes me motivated to explore and create more delicious and unique dishes.
What I have at home @Tham Dollar, I always sell durian wholesale and retail, so when it's in season, I will sell it to restaurants as well as customers who love durian.
Durian fruit can make many dishes such as durian tea, birthday cakes, and like making durian crepes that I am about to introduce to you!

Of course, the first step to having a delicious cake is to prepare all the ingredients, right? Durian crepe looks like a lot of ingredients, but it's easy to find, and the way to make it is very simple.
Ingredients for my "durian crepe" cake today include:
- 2 packs of 160g all-purpose flour.
- 1kg of durian intestine.
- 2 packs of granulated sugar 140g.
- 10 chicken eggs.
- 2 packages of corn starch 30g.
- 2 boxes of melted unsalted butter 50g.
- 3 boxes of 400ml unsweetened fresh milk.
- 2 boxes of whipping cream 200ml
- 1 box of Mr. Tho's milk
- 3 boxes of coconut milk
This is the part I prepare for my family to eat as well as wholesale and retail for the pre-ordered restaurant, you can increase or decrease depending on the number of your family.
Because I have free time at home, my and aunt @Tham Dollar took the initiative to make durian crepes for sale and also made durian birthday cakes. At first, it was still difficult to trade, but now gradually more people know about it, so the business is also convenient, customers eat a lot of cakes.

The ingredients are simple and easy to find, aren't they? Once you have the ingredients, let's get to baking!
Making a Crepe Water Mix
De-shelled eggs in a bowl, add 100g of granulated sugar prepared, and then use a whisk to beat, the mixture turns light yellow. Sift the flour and cornstarch into the mixing bowl and mix well. Add the prepared milk to the above mixture, add 1/2 coconut milk and a little Ong Tho milk to make it fragrant, then use a whisk to stir the mixture until they are homogeneous and smooth.
Note: The dry powder should be finely sifted so that when mixing with the egg mixture, there are no lumps.
Cake coating process
Put a non-stick pan on the stove, wait until it is hot, then add a little unsalted butter to coat the pan with a thin layer. You put the mixed water you prepared above into the measuring cup and then pour a thin layer of water on the hot oil pan, let it simmer until the water is dry, then take out the cakes and arrange them on a plate. Rinse in the same way until the prepared amount of water is used up.

Durian removes the seeds and takes the flesh into the blender to puree it. and pour 1 box of whipping cream 200ml into the pot and beat with a whisk until creamy

Put the prepared crepe on a flat surface, put the filling and durian cream in the middle of the cake, and then fold the edges of the two sides of the cake, then gently fold the other two edges of the cake so that they stick together.

After making crepes, put them in plastic wrap and keep them in the refrigerator to keep them cool and attractive. When enjoying, you put the cake on a plate, you can use a knife to cut the cake in half or leave the cake whole. Serve with your favorite drink or fresh fruit sauce for extra flavor.
Note: the cake is finished eating immediately, it the better if you don't eat it all but leave it after 3-4, as the cake will be spoiled.
When you're done with this delicious crepe, you'll have a beautiful finished product with each bite-sized stretch. When enjoying the cake, it will have toughness in the shell, and the greasy, fragrant flavor characteristic of durian cream. The cake is cool enough not to freeze the filling, causing the ice cream to separate.
