Today, I would like to share Indian Recipes, Shahi Paneer Gravy Shahi means Royal, which indicates Gravy with full of Deliciously flavorful, aromatic, rich, creamy. Shahi Panner is also known as Muglai Panneer in which soft Paneer floating in Rich & creamy Cream. Your mouth must be watering after hearing this. This is a very special and common recipe of India which you will definitely find in every restaurant.The recipe I am sharing today, I have neither seen it on YouTube nor Googled it, it is my own recipe which I have invented myself.If you prepare the Gravy in my way, it will be more flavorful and delicious and the best thing is that it will be prepared quickly. This cuisine is everyone's favorite in my house. Usually made once or twice a week.

Ingredients
• 200 grams of cottage cheese(Paneer).
• 2 Cups of Milk.
• 3 Roughly chopped Onion.
• 2 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes.
• 7-8 Almond.
• 6-7 Cashew.
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
• 7-8 Cloves & Black Pepper.
• 4-5 Cloves of Garlic.
• 2 inch Ginger.
• 2 Slit Green Chillies.
• 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder.
• 2 tbsp Coriander Powder.
• 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Red v
Chilli Powder.
• 1 tbsp Sugar.
• 1 tbsp of Kasturi Methi.
• Salt to Taste.
• 2 tbsp of Butter/oil.
• Coriander Leaves for garnish.
Preparation of Gravy
Take a pressure cooker and add onion ,tomatoes, Ginger & Garlic.
Now add other ingredients cloves, black pepper, Sugar, almond & cashew.
Pour the milk into it
Now Add salt to taste.
• Add Turmeric powder, coriander powder. Put the lid on the pressure cooker and cook for 2 to 3 whistles on high flame.
Saute Cottage Cheese
As long as the cooker is whistling. Grease a pan with Butter and shallow fry the paneer in it at low flame.
Your paneer is ready for gravy,Frying the paneer makes it look better and becomes a tastier.
Continue Gravy Preparation
Open the cooker and put all the ingredients in a big vessel,When it cools down, grind it in a grinder mixer.
Now Take a kadhai/Pan heat the oil, add cumin seeds.
As soon as it starts crackling, add Kashmiri red chilli.
You put the Grind gravy inside the pan and fry it on low flame.
The gravy has to be cooked on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now rub Kasturi Methi on the palm of your hand, put into Gravy.
Add fried paneer to the gravy and garnish with green coriander.
Now your Shahi Paneer is is ready to eat.
Serve Shahi Paneer with roti(bread) and rice.
