While I have prepared this recipe before, today I’m adding an egg and cornflour to enhance the taste and texture. This delightful recipe combines peanuts and natural spices, resulting in a unique and pleasing culinary experience.
It’s a simple dish to prepare, and I am excited to guide you step-by-step through the process of making this flavorful and satisfying snack. Let’s dive into it!
Required Ingredients...🍽️
🌺 Peanuts 100g.
🌺 1 Egg.
🌺 4 Tablespoon of corn flower.
🌺 curry leaves.
🌺 1 1/2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🌺 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🌺 Salt to taste.
🌺 About 4 cloves of garlic with skins chopped.
🌺 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First, take a cup of peanuts and place them in a mixing bowl. Add an egg to the peanuts. Along with this, add a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of chili powder. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the cashews are well-coated with the egg and spices.
Next, add about 4 tablespoons of corn flour to the mixture. Mix well again until the peanuts are evenly coated, ensuring a consistent texture.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add some coconut oil and allow it to heat up. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated peanuts to the pan. Fry them until they turn golden brown. Once fried, place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Afterward, remove the excess oil from the same pan and add about a tablespoon of fresh coconut oil. Heat it up, and once it’s hot, add chopped garlic. Sauté for a while until fragrant, then add curry leaves and a few chili pieces. Mix everything well and continue to sauté until the ingredients are evenly combined.
Now, add the roasted peanuts to the mixture in the pan and stir well to combine everything evenly. Once mixed thoroughly, remove it from the heat.
Thus, with just a few simple steps, you can transform ordinary peanuts into a delightful and gourmet snack. It’s a flavorful treat perfect for any break time and rich in nutritional value.
