Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you all doing? Today, I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious snack that you can easily prepare for tea time. For this, I’ve used a highly nutritious flour mix made from grains, legumes, and a blend of vitamins that I bought from the market. The mix mainly includes rice, corn, and soy, which are packed with nutrients. This flour blend is often given to children and pregnant women due to its high nutritional value. It contains a variety of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins, making it a healthy addition to any meal. Let’s take a look at how to prepare it creatively for your next snack!
Required Ingredients...
🍀 A mixture of grains like rice, corn, soy 100g..
🍀 1/2 cup of Grated coconut.
🍀 1/2 cup of sugar.
🍀 1 teaspoon of milk powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of margarine.
🍀 A pinch of salt.
🍀 1 cardamom pod.
🍀 Some hot water.
Method of making.....
First, take a pan and place it on the stove over low heat, allowing it to warm up. Once the pan is heated, add the grain mixture and stir continuously, letting it roast for about 3 minutes.
Next, add the grated coconut and continue stirring while roasting until the moisture evaporates. Remove it from the pan and set it aside separately. In the meantime, cardamom pod is also added.
Next, add some sugar to the same pan and stir well until it melts and caramelizes. Once it begins to caramelize, add a little hot water and mix again. Then, add the remaining sugar and continue stirring until it reaches a caramelized state.
Next, add the roasted grain mixture to the pan and mix well. Then, incorporate the roasted coconut, milk powder, margarine, and a pinch of salt, stirring everything thoroughly. Make sure to mix everything together quickly to combine the ingredients efficiently.
Once the mixture thickens, remove it from the stove. Next, take a tray and sprinkle some of the roasted grain flour on it. Pour the mixture onto the tray and flatten it out evenly. Finally, cut it into pieces as desired.
